# Northern Territory state nomination 2026-27 for applicants from India

OPEN with restrictions (as at late Aug-Sep 2026). NT nomination portal accepting 2026-27 applications from 21 August 2026 for all onshore streams (NT Graduate, NT Resident) and selected offshore streams; the offshore NT Priority Occupation stream is closed to new applications because of a 2025-26 backlog. CAUTION: one third-party tracker (oneuedu, Oct 2026) reports an official NT notice of 5 October 2026 that the 2026-27 program is full and no overseas pathway is accepting new applications; this could not be verified because theterritory.com.au blocks automated access.
